All devices are inspected carefully. Any defective devices are covered by a one-year warranty. The return shipping cost, we cover.

In the unlikely event that a call communication restriction (Omakase Lock, Remote Lock, Red ROM) occurs due to network usage restrictions, we will provide a lifetime warranty, not limited to one year.

Target case: No power, not recognizing SIM, screen problems, home buttons/speakers, poor contact with connectors, failures that are not due to negligence or accident, etc.

Contact usOnce you have contacted us about your desire to return the item, we will provide specific return instructions in our reply email.

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns if you contact us by another method other than the form provided.

The following items are not eligible for one year warranty.

• When the warranty period is over

• Damage caused by accident, improper handling, misuse, or other external causes

• Defects caused by deterioration over time such as battery or color change

• J grade

• Product repair

• Damage caused by modifications

• If we cannot confirm the defect

• Some ineligible products

• 初期不良の場合、発送後30日以内であれば返金対応も可能です。返金手数料は弊社にて負担いたします。

• お客様の自己都合での返金の場合は、商品発送後14日間のみ可能となります。尚、自己都合時の返金手数料はお客様負担となりますのでご了承ください。

• This applies to devices shipped on or after July 1, 2021; devices shipped before June 30, 2021 are covered by the 30-day return and exchange warranty.

• 返品交換の際に対象の端末と同一品のご用意が出来ない場合は代替品でのご対応となります。

• 返金の場合は、返送商品が弊社に届いてから7-14営業日以内にお支払い方法に応じて返金手続きをおこないます。

• ご返送いただいた商品と出荷前に弊社で撮影した画像とを比較し、お客様の責による傷等が確認できた場合、返金対応できかねる場合がございます。

• こちらの保証は端末本体（スマートフォン、タブレット）のみが対象です。保護フィルムやACアダプタ等の付属品は保証対象ではございません。
